TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire would like all of our guests to have a happy and enjoyable night of fun when hiring our Magic Photo Mirror. In order for this to happen its very important the rules are observed and adhered to by the Hirer and their Guests.
Please always follow the instructions from the Photo Mirror attendants, we’re here to help you have a great evening of fun but we also have a responsibility to protect the valuable Photo Mirror and all associated equipment associated with the Mirror as well as safeguarding our guests from any injury that may occur.
All food and drinks must be kept away from the Mirror and outside of the cordoned off area.
The Attendants will not accept any aggressive behaviour (including any verbal abuse) and will pack away the Mirror if this occurs, with no refund of any kind to the client.

1) Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire reserve the right to charge the full agreed price if any cancellation happens anytime within 14 days prior to the booking date as specified on the booking form (if the booking was arranged by email then the same terms & conditions apply) and also if any of the terms and conditions contained herein are not met on the day of the event.
2) If Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire fail for whatever reason to carry out any of the agreed terms of the booking their liability will be limited to a full refund of any monies paid by the hirer to Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire.
3) The Hirer agrees to pay Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire for any damage to our Mirror or associated equipment that may be caused by the hirer or their guests, up to and including the full cost of repair or replacement of any items damaged.
4) Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire reserve the right to refuse the use of our Magic Photo Mirror to any person who (in their opinion) is unfit through drink or is aggressive or who's behaviour is deemed to be unsuitable or dangerous, if at any time the attendant/attendants feel threatened by the behaviour of the hirer or their guests, the Magic Photo Mirror will be closed down and removed with no refund of charges.
5) It may be necessary to change the paper and ink during the hire, the client agrees that this is a necessary interruption and Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire will add any time lost carrying out this task to the hire period.
6) It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that a suitable area of 3m x 2m is made available for installing the Magic Photo Mirror and this includes the area being safe for the associated equipment needed to operate the Magic Photo Mirror, Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire will accept no claim for damages or injury incurred if a suitably safe area is not provided for the installation and operation of the Magic Photo Mirror. Also we will not work in an area where the attendants feel they are exposed to wind, rain or cold.
Attendants may refuse to install the Magic Photo Mirror in an area that they feel is either unsuitable or dangerous.
7) The hirer and their guests accept that any injury or damage caused to the hirer or any guest of the hirer due to their use of the Magic Photo Mirror, is at the hirer or the guests own risk and they accept that they will not hold Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire responsible for any such incidents.
8) Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire will not trail wires, as this is a health and safety issue, therefore it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that a suitable area is available in close proximity to an electrical socket.
9) The glass on the front of the mirror is Toughened Glass – Tougher than a car windscreen, but the hirer agrees to reimburse Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire for any damage caused to this glass by the hirer or their guests up to the full cost of replacement. No food or drink is allowed while using the Mirror.
10) The Magic Photo Mirror is very heavy and can only be operated on a ground floor with level access, unless easy access is provided by way of a lift. Under no circumstances will the Magic Photo Mirror be carried upstairs, it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that they make the venue aware of the requirements for suitable access. If these access requirements are not provided we will refuse to operate the Magic Photo Mirror in these circumstances, with no refund of charges incurred by the hirer from Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire.
11) Both a completed and signed booking form and the (non refundable) deposit of £100 must be returned to Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire before any booking can be held or confirmed with the remaining balance payable no later than 7 days prior to the event. If the booking is arranged via email then the payment of your deposit will act as your agreement to the terms & conditions sent to you in an Email.
12) It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that when paying their deposit or balance payment by either PayPal or Bank Transfer that they make sure that they use their Name as a reference when making this payment as we receive a lot of payments via bank transfer and if there is no proper reference attached to the payment we cannot be responsible for confirming their payment. The hirer will be responsible for confirming that any payment made is properly authorised by them. The balance payment must be paid in full no later than seven days prior to the date of the event.
13) If a client decides to cancel their booking for whatever reason after the deposit has been paid, then they agree that the deposit is non refundable.
14) Please do not sign the booking form provided if you do not agree in full with all of the contents of these terms and conditions. If arranging your booking via email and you do not agree in full with all of the contents of these terms and conditions then do not pay your non-refundable deposit.
15) The Hirer accepts that Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire will provide their services up to but no later than 11pm at any event, unless specifically agreed by both Hirer and Party Knights Magic Photo Mirror Hire in advance.
