Terms & Conditions of Bookings
Welcome to my website. Continuing to browse and use this website means you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern Brian Knight Photography’s relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term ‘Brian Knight Photography’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website, Brian Knight, proprietor of Brian Knight Photography. The term ‘you’ or 'client' refers to the user or viewer of my website.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to me. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
1) PAYMENT: A deposit of £100 should be paid in order to secure your date and is non-refundable. The full balance must be paid no later than 1 month prior to your wedding/event date. Please note if payments are not made in time it could lead to the date being released for another client. (If you are having difficulty paying your balance please call us for help & guidance on how you can pay, the Cancellation Policy will still apply.) If your booking is arranged via email then the payment of your deposit will act as your agreement to these terms & conditions.
2) CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation up until 2 months prior to your wedding/event date will have no further costs. Cancelling between 2 months and 1 month before your wedding/event date will result in 50% of your outstanding balance still to be paid. Cancellation within 1 month prior to your wedding/event date, providing the balance has been made in full, leads to a 15% refund. If payment has not been made in full the client will have to pay 85% of the full cost of their wedding/event package. .
3) If Brian Knight Photography fail for whatever reason to carry out any of the agreed terms of the booking their liability will be limited to a full refund of any monies paid by the clients to Brian Knight Photography.
4) Brian Knight Photography reserve the right to refuse to continue with the agreed Wedding/event shoot if any person who (in their opinion) is aggressive or who's behaviour is deemed to be unsuitable or dangerous, if at any time the photographer/assistant feel threatened by the behaviour of the clients or their guests, the photographer will terminate the wedding/event shoot with no refund of charges, all images taken up to this point will be made available to the clients within 1 month after the wedding/event date.
5) It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure that when paying their deposit or balance payment by either PayPal or Bank Transfer (preferred payment) that they make sure that they use their Name as a reference when making this payment as we receive a lot of payments via bank transfer and if there is no proper reference attached to the payment we cannot be responsible for confirming their payment. The clients will be responsible for confirming that any payment made is properly authorised by them.
6) The clients accepts that Brian Knight Photography will provide the finished product to the client no later than approximately 3 months from the date of the wedding/event. Brian Knight Photography will provide their services up to but no later than 11pm at any wedding/event, unless specifically agreed by both clients and Brian Knight Photography in advance.
